In 2022, I had the honour of being included in the anthology of Sisters in Crime, Canada-West: Crime Wave – Women of a Certain Age. So far, ‘Labour of Guilt’, is my only story taking place in India, where I’ve lived for a few years.
Blindman Brewery has a great way of promoting writers: every summer and winter, several short stories or poems are published on their beer cans. In the winter of 2021, my story Buddy appeared on their delicious coffee stout cans. CKUA radio interviewed all authors, you can listen to it here.
When we lived in Edmonton, I joined my first critique and writers’ groups. Alexander Shay initiated a great project “YEGWrites”. My story ‘Wilde Horse Ranch’ was published in the first volume.
My first published story, Uncontrollable Growth, appeared in the Anthology of Short Stories, Summer 2021.
